Terms & Conditions

• Includes wood frame deck with Trex Enhance Basics composite deck boards.
• Includes Trex Enhance railing (or equivalent).
• Includes single set of steps direct to grade (no upper or midpoint landing).
• Final size may vary due to obstructions but will be discussed with homeowner prior to final agreement.
• Deck frame will be constructed per local building code including compliant footers, pressure treated lumber, exterior grade connectors, steps and railing.
• Composite deck boards will be single color from Trex Enhanced Basics line.
• Deck board and railing color options may be limited due to supply and availability.
• True Craft Renovations reserves the right to refuse any variations on deck orientation, overall design or material.
• Not valid for deck height (as measured to top of deckboards) greater than 6 feet above grade at any point.
• True Craft Renovations reserves the right to not honor this price for building sites with extreme grade/slope, space constraints, site access limitations or any other adverse conditions.
• Includes required zoning & permits (assumes no variance required).

Our decks carry a 3 year labor warranty.

Service area includes Cincinnati/Dayton/Northern Kentucky region.  Contact us if you are outside of this area.

Payment terms include 10% at contract signing, 40% at commencement of construction and 50% after all work is completed to customer’s satisfaction.

Prices valid between December 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
