• Assumes existing bathroom is functional.
• Assumes no changes in plumbing or electrical layout.
• Assumes all plumbing connections are in place.
• Price valid for up to 100 square foot existing bathroom.
• Vanity allotment: $500
• Shower allotment: $1000
• Glass shower door allotment: $600
• Shower fixture allotment: $100
• Vanity fixture allotment: $75
• Light/fan allotment: $150
• Vanity light allotment: $75
• Mirror allotment: $100
• LVP allotment: $3/square foot
• Includes new drywall installation as needed on walls only.
• Does not include water supply shut-off valves ($80/each for replacement).
• Paint all walls a single color; ceiling flat ceiling white; all trim single color.
• Does not include miscellaneous hardware (e.g. towel rack, toilet paper holder).
• Standard trim included (baseboard and door).
• For premium bathroom: tile options will be provided by True Craft Renovations (allotment: $3/square foot for wall & floor; $10/square foot for shower floor).
• True Craft Renovations reserves the right to refuse any variations on bathroom layout, overall design or material.
• True Craft Renovations reserves the right to not honor this price for  space constraints, site access limitations or any other adverse conditions.

Our bathrooms carry a 3 year labor warranty.

Service area includes Cincinnati/Dayton/Northern Kentucky region.  Contact us if you are outside of this area.

Payment terms include 10% at contract signing, 40% at commencement of construction and 50% after all work is completed to customer’s satisfaction.

Prices valid between December 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025.
